The Manchester Ship Canal was opened 125 years ago. We will be mounting a display about the construction of the canal and telling the stories of the canal in Acton Grange and Moore in the years since then. Come and see our display at the church fete on Saturday afternoon, in the garden of Daresbury Vicarage.
